Solving the Book of Soyga

A cipher manuscript from John Dee's library generates its own 36 tables from a verse in its eighteenth section. Jason's paper reconstructs all 46,656 cells with no free parameters, solving a function the cryptographer Jim Reeds could only derive empirically in the late 1990s.
